The resort of Val d’Isere is widely regarded as one of the worlds best high altitude ski destinations. The resort dates back to the 13th century so is full of charm and atmosphere and has a reputation for its lively Après Ski.
The Espace Killy is without doubt one of the most highly regarded ski area’s in the world, with more than 300Km of piste served by 94 modern high speed lifts queuing is a thing of the past. The full Espace Killy lift pass allows passage into nearby Tignes so the Advanced Skier/boarder will be spoilt for choice. There are also several good beginner slopes which are absolutely free.
