"Courchevel 1650 is one of our favourite villages in the Three Valleys. Quieter, cheaper, and particularly great for kids with the Indian piste to play at (tepees, learn traditions of American Indians) and restaurants such as Le Bel Air to chill at for the parents!"

Travel sustainably - leaf icon

The extensive ski area, friendly village atmosphere and not-too-extortionate prices make Courchevel Moriond (1650) a popular choice amongst holiday goers. Courchevel is looked upon by many as the ultimate ski resort, with its perfectly groomed slopes and excellent snow record it never fails to attract skiers & boarders from all over the World. Courchevel 1850 and 1650 are considered the most desirable and both offer easy access to the slopes.

Courchevel 1650 started out as a small village that has grown into a world-class skiing destination with its own unique character and style. Bars in Courchevel Moriond have regular live bands, plenty of dancing and offer a wide range of entertainment.

We have some great chalets in Courchevel 1650, as well as the popular Fahrenheit 7 hotel.

SKI AREA OVERVIEW

Courchevel Moriond, in particular, offers a great mix of skiing, a lively resort village, and less expensive prices compared to its neighbour Courchevel (1850), making it a superb option for a short ski break. Courchevel 1650 is set slightly apart from the other Courchevel villages which give it a more peaceful and less crowded area to ski.

It has always had a reputation for being one of the most highly regarded resorts in the world. With fantastic interlinked slopes throughout the famous 3 Valleys ski area and some truly spectacular scenery, it is the ideal ski destination.
