Daria-I Nor Hotel

The accommodation has excellent facilities throughout, and provides a premium service designed to ensure a memorable experience. The hotel features dedicated staff, elegant and comfortable suites, a prestigious spa, two restaurants, a lounge bar, a wonderful south facing terrace and meticulous decoration throughout.

High end gastronomy is the order of the day at both the restaurants at the Hôtel Daria-I Nor. Améthyste with its alpine inspired refined cuisine based on local and seasonal produce and Restaurant Daria-I Nor is a contemporary brasserie that showcases the finest Savoie ingredients.  Breakfast provides everything needed to prepare for a day on the slopes with a buffet serving fruits, museli's, cold cuts and cheese as well as hot dishes and pastries. Guests that choose to upgrade to half-board will enjoy dinner in the Daria-I Nor brasserie style restaurant.

The lounge bar serves great cocktails and offers an extensive wine menu to go along with a range of snacks that can be enjoyed during the day.

The Daria-I Nor hotel has a wonderful 800m2 spa to relax in at the end of the day. This includes a swimming pool, sauna, hammam, hot tub, experience showers, ice fountains and magnificent views of the mountains.

The Daria-I Nor Hotel is located just South of Alpe d'Huez, but is walking distance for everything you need for your ski holiday.

• Distance to piste/lifts: the hotel is ski-in, ski out and only 50m from the Alpes Express gondola
• Distance to resort centre: you can reach the centre of Alpe d'Huez in a 7 minute walk
• Distance to ski hire shop: SkiSet - Henri Sports IV L'Eclose is located at CC Les Bergers, a 5 minute walk from the hotel

Room amenities at the Hôtel Daria-I Nor include a large closet, minibar, Nespresso machine, private balcony and safe. Bathrooms are equipped with a bath or shower and separate toilets as well as accessories including bathrobes, slippers, Black Diamond toiletries. Room choices:

• Club Room – 2 people, a comfortable south-east or west-facing room decorated in warm tones, 24msq. 1 double or 2 twin beds, 24msq.
• Superior Room – 2 adults, 1 child, south, south-east or west facing with balcony. King sized double bed and armchair bed (suitable for children under 16). 29 msq
• Mezzanine Suite – 2-4 people, south-facing room with additional refined decoration with a lounge. 1 double or 2 twin beds with a double sofa bed. 42 msq
• Suite – 2-4 people, south-facing, king sized double bed with double sofa bed. 37 msq.
• Master suite – 4-6 people, luxurious south-facing suite with 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, lounge area and large bay windows.61 – 63 msq.

Car parking available (book in advance and pay locally). Ski shop onsite, book lift passes with reception.

Resort tax is payable locally and is approx. €3.30 per person per day.

You can arrive any day at the Daria-I Nor Hotel (apart from Saturdays) with SkiWeekends, and there is a minimum 3 night stay, subject to seasonal variations.

Check In: available from 4pm.

Check Out: you will need to vacate your room by 12pm.

There is a bag store at the hotel if you arrive early or have a late flight on your departure day, giving you the chance to maximise your ski time.

If you would like to book a shared, return mini-bus transfer from Lyon or Grenoble Airport with us, it will drop you at the Palais Des Sports, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
