Guests have unlimited access to the bathing and sauna areas of the thermal spa in Bad Hofgastein. After check-in at the reception, guests receive free guest tickets, at the thermal spa ticket office a deposit should only be paid for the data clock. With this data clock, holidaymakers can come and go as they please during the opening hours of the Alpentherme Gastein. Only after the last visit to the thermal baths do you have to go back to the ticket office for check-out.

Location

The Hotel Das Gastein is located next to the thermal parklands (Kurpark) in quiet yet central location. The hotel is 3.5km from the train station and 1.5km to the lifts, with the ski bus stop right outside the hotel.

We can arrange transfers for you at great value prices. Transfers from Salzburg Airport take around 1 hour 20 minutes. Please enquire when booking about the following:

By train

Travelling to Bad Hofgastein by train works well with a journey time of around 1 hour 45 minutes from Salzburg Airport.
