Accommodation guests have unlimited access to the bathing and sauna areas of the thermal spa in Bad Hofgastein. After check-in at the reception, guests receive free guest tickets, at the thermal spa ticket office a deposit should only be paid for the data clock. With this data clock, holidaymakers can come and go as they please during the opening hours of the Alpentherme Gastein. Only after the last visit to the thermal baths do you have to go back to the ticket office for check-out.

Food & Drink

Start your day at the Hotel Germania with a buffet breakfast, featuring cold meats, cheeses, fruit, fresh bread rolls, tea & coffee and cold fruit juices.

In the evening, guests are spoilt with a varied and tasty dinner buffet with regional dishes. The special Half Board Plus now includes table drinks in the evening. Choose from a variety of soft drinks, mineral water, house wine, cold beer, as well as coffee and tea. Enjoy your dinner in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Hotel Germania is located next to the thermal parklands (Kurpark) in a quiet yet central location.

• Distance to piste: The hotel is either a 16 minute walk to the main Schlossalm gondola, or a 7-minute ski bus ride (the bus stop is 100m from the hotel)
• Distance to resort centre: You can reach Bad Hofgastein centre with a 5 minute walk
• Distance to ski hire shop: SkiSet Skirental Berglift is located on Bundesstraße, next to the Schlossalm gondola

All rooms at the hotel feature bathtub or shower/WC, SAT-TV, Safe, tea making facilities, phone, hairdryer, WiFi, partly balcony. Non smoking rooms!

Standard double - 2 people: min. 2 ADL., max. 2 ADL. ca 21m², Grand-Lit Bed (160x200cm), balcony.

Superior double - 2/3 people (2 adults & 1 child),  Austrian twin bed, visually separated living room & bedroom, balcony. 32m²

Junior Suite - 2/4 people (2 adults & 2 children), Austrian twin bed, visually separated living room & bedroom, double sofa bed, balcony. 35-45m²

Resort tax is paid locally, and is approximately €3.50 per person, per day (from 15 years old).

You can arrive any day at the Hotel Germania with SkiWeekends, and there is a minimum 3 night stay, subject to seasonal variations.

Check In: available from 3pm.

Check Out: you will need to vacate your room by 11am.

If you would like to book a shared, return mini-bus transfer from Salzburg Airport with us, it will drop you right at the door of the hotel.

Travelling to Bad Hofgastein by train also works well, with a journey time of around 1 hour 45 minutes from Salzburg Airport.
