Votters Hotel

A buffet breakfast is included in your ski holiday at the Votters Hotel, offering a breadth of options, from cooked meat, cheeses, yoghurts, through to fresh bread and egg options. In the evening there is an a la carte menu in the hotel restaurant which serves both Austrian, Italian and other Mediterranean dishes; snacks are available in the afternoons. There is also relaxing lounge bar, where you can talk over the day's skiing. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel. Luggage store and ski store are also provided.

For your relaxation or even more invigoration, there is a heated indoor swimming pool (towels provided), fitness gym and spa with wellness area, including a sauna, Turkish bath and steam room, all free of charge to guests. There is a solarium too, payable at the hotel. Massages and beauty treatments are also available at a surcharge.

The bedrooms are furnished in natural wood tones and warm fabrics and soft furnishing. Austrian twin beds are typical of the region, they have one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, each with their own bedding. Cots and extra beds are available for children, but please note there is a supplementary fee for children of 4 years and under. Requests must be made when booking. There is an indoor playroom for children.

All bedrooms have an en-suite which includes a shower and separate toilet, free toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and are described as "allergy free"; rooms also have WiFi, TV with satellite channels, safe and a mini bar. You will find wonderful views from your panoramic window of the gardens and/or mountains. Austrian twin beds are typical of the region, they have one large bed frame containing two single mattresses, each with their own bedding.

The hotel conists of 2 buildings, the main house and a new building (location of reception).  The buildings an connected on the ground floor.

There are 55 rooms:

• Standard double with balcony & mountain view  (Kaprun - main house) – 2 people, extra-large Austrian twin bed, shower & WC (23m²)
• Comfort double or twin with balcony (Komfort - main house)  – 2-4 people, extra-large Austrian twin bed, pull-out sofa bed, seating area (28-30m²)
• Family room (Maiskogel - main house) - 2/3 people, Austrian twin bed and additional double sofa bed, balcony, ensuite shower & WC (27m²⁾
• Family room  (Kitzsteinhorn - new building) – 2/4 people, bath or shower & WC, extra-large Austrian twin bed in separate bedroom with sofa bed in living room (30m²)
• Pinzgauer 'Romantic' suite with balcony (main house)  – 2 people (Ideal for couples), four-poster bed, open bathtub in bedroom and separate shower & WC (40m²)
• Two-bedroom suite (Grobglockner - new building) – 2-6 people, 2 bedrooms each with extra-large Austrian twin bed, sofa bed in living room, spacious bathroom & WC, sitting area (45m²)

The Votters Hotel is located just outside of the centre of Kaprun, but has a free ski resort bus stop a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

• Distance to piste: 8 minute walk to the Maiskogelbahn gondola
• Distance to resort centre: You can walk to Kaprun centre in 5 minutes
• Distance to ski hire shop: SkiSet Treffpunkt Eurosport is located on Nikolaus Gassner Str., and is either a 16 minute walk through town, or a 3 minute walk to the bus stop, then 10 mins by ski bus

Resort tax is paid locally, and is approximately €2.05 per person, per day.

You can arrive any day at the Votters Hotel with SkiWeekends, and there is a minimum 3 night stay, subject to seasonal variations.

Check In: available from 3pm. Please note: Check in is not available after 8pm.

Check Out: you will need to vacate your room by 10am.
