Altezza Arc 1800

The panoramic restaurant and bar at the Altezza Arc 1800 Hotel offers you a bright and contemporary setting, where you can enjoy excellent food and good company by the fire or at your table. You will delight in the view from the bar, where there is often a pianist or a live band.

Food & Drink

A buffet breakfast is included in your ski holiday at the Altezza Hotel, offering a breadth of options, from omlettes, crepes, breads and pastries, cakes, dairy, charcuterie, fruit, eggs, bacon and more.

In the evening, if you select Half Board, you can make a reservation for 7pm or 8.45pm, whichever best suits you. The cuisine offers you fresh and seasonal produce, local Savoyard specialites (reserved the previous day at a supplement) and international dishes; there is a delicious buffet meal, with a wide variety of starters, hot dishes and desserts, which will suit everyone. You may also be tempted by the the superior wine selection. Snacks, like paninis or croques are also available from 3-6pm. There is free WiFi throughout the hotel.

Relax

For your relaxation or even more invigoration, there is a wonderful NUXE spa, with a indoor heated swimming pool, a modern fitness gym and spa with wellness area, including a sauna, hammam and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, all free of charge to guests. Massages and customised treatments are also available at a charge, bookable and payable with the spa. Children must be accompanied at the pool and the aquatic area is adult only from 7pm to 8pm.  Bathrobes and slippers are provided.

The Altezza Hotel & Spa is located close the centre of Arcs 1800, and is in walking distance for everything you need for your ski holiday.

• Distance to piste/lifts: The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Charmettoger lift. You can ski back to the boot room, but this is not suitable for beginners
• Distance to resort centre: You can reach Arcs 1800 centre in 5 mins by walking
• Distance to ski hire shop: SkiSet Altezza is located within the hotel

All bedrooms at the Altezza Hotel are furnished in a relaxing, contemporary style and rooms have a balcony, some having panoramic views of the mountains, whilst others have a view over the resort.

Rooms have an en-suite which includes a shower, some have a bath with an overhead shower and separate wc, hairdryer, flat screen TV, WiFi, Nespresso coffee maker/tea, mini fridge and safe.

There are 80 rooms:

Standard - 2/4people, double bed, separate area with bunk bed (some rooms do not have this), shower & separate wc, 34m²

Superior   – 2/4 people, double bed, separate area with bunk bed, views of the Tarentaise Valley, 34m²

Privilege suite - 2/4 people, double bed and additional double sofa bed in the living area, balcony with resort view, bath with overhead shower, bathrobes, tea/coffee, 45m²

Family suite – 2/4 people, bath or shower & WC, bedroom, bunk bed area and lounge with sofa bed, bathrobes, slippers, 55m²

Resort tax is paid locally and is approximately €3.00 per person, per day.

You can arrive any day at the Altezza Arc 1800 Hotel & Spa (apart from Saturdays) with SkiWeekends, and there is a minimum 3 night stay, subject to seasonal variations.

Check In: available from 5pm.

Check Out: you will need to vacate your room by 10am.

There is a bag store at the hotel if you arrive early or have a late flight on your departure day, giving you the chance to maximise your ski time.

Private transfers are available on all days (except Saturdays as the roads are very busy!).

Arrivals by train into Bourg St Maurice can take the funicular (7 minutes) to Arc 1600 and then the free shuttle bus to Arc 1800.  Bus stop for the hotel is Charmetogger and it takes 15-20 minutes.
