Hotel La Cachette

Breakfast is the key to start a good days skiing and the Hotel La Cachette will not disappoint - the buffet breakfast has everything you will need, including pancakes and omelettes cooked on demand. The hotel restaurant is called The Friendly Kitchen and a buffet dinner is available in a friendly relaxed atmosphere with some dishes freshly served by the chefs behind the counter. A half board option is available to book when staying in cabine or superior rooms (for guests staying in family rooms half board is compulsory).

The friendly kitchen is also the place for a spot of lunch at the foot of the slopes, with an a la carte menu and a friendly relaxed atmosphere. At the end of the day, après ski on the terrace of the La Cachette Hotel is a relaxed affair with snacks and aperitives.

Enjoy a moment of relaxation in the friendly bar which is open to the public as well as guests of the hotel. This is a warm and welcoming space with a fireplace and fabulous views of the Tarantaise valley and gourmet snacks. Depending on the time-of-day drinks of all types are served, with smoothies, hot drinks, juices, teas and alcoholic drinks all available. Sweet and savoury snacks are also available all day.

For added relaxation the accommodation has four treatment rooms of which three have mountain views with natural light.  A range of treatments & massages are available and payable locally.  There is an indoor sauna to sooth weary muscles with a relaxation and tearoom offering a calm space to enjoy after a hard day on the slopes. The highlight of this hotel though must be the wonderful outdoor hot tub and barrel sauna with incredible views of the Haute-Tarentaise.

The Hotel La Cachette also has a co-working space equipped with Wi-Fi, plugs and USB ports, as well as 2 large meeting rooms for 16 to 35 people - perfect for groups.

The La Cachette Hotel is situated right at the foot of the slopes in the centre of Les Arcs 1600.

• Distance to piste/lifts: the hotel is at the foot of the slopes and less than a minute walk to the nearest lift
• Distance to resort centre: the hotel is in the centre of Arcs 1600, and moments from shops, bars and restaurants
• Distance to ski hire shop: SkiSet La Cachette is located within the hotel, so you don't even need to go outside

There are three room types available at the Hotel La Cachette:

The Cabins - PANORAMA OR MOUNTAIN BALCONY (16-18 m² 2 Pers. Double bed facing the view)

A comfortable cabin with or without balcony, in which the double bed (no twin beds) faces the view so that you can make the most of the mountain or the magnificent panorama of the Haute-Tarentaise and the Mont Blanc massif.

The Superior Rooms - PANORAMA OR MOUNTAIN BALCONY (19-21 m², 2 people, Shower)

A large twin or double room of about 20m²for you to enjoy the view of the magnificent panorama of the Tarentaise Valley and the Mont-Blanc massif or, with a balcony, of the mountain and its ski area.

For 3 or 4 people, with friends or family, you can enjoy 2 connecting rooms with 2 bathrooms, a large balcony (connected) on both rooms and a magnificent view on the mountain.

Superior Family Rooms  -  PANORAMA OR MOUNTAIN BALCONY (25-29 m², 2-4 people, bed facing the view)
With a view of the magnificent panorama of the Haute-Tarentaise mountains or with a balcony overlooking the ski area, these rooms offer a king size bed and a sofa to relax in the lounge area.
For three or four people, this sofa bed will provide two additional single beds with real mattresses.

Family Suites -  PANORAMA OR MOUNTAIN BALCONY (23-36 m², 4-6 people).  With  2 rooms: one with a large double bed and the other with beds as hideaways. In some of the Panorama suites you will enjoy a large terrace.

Please note that family suites can only be booked on a half board basis.

Cots and bottle warmers available on request.

Resort tax is paid locally and is approximately €2.64 per person, per day.

You can arrive any day at the Hotel La Cachette with SkiWeekends, and there is a minimum 3 night stay, subject to seasonal variations.

Check In: available from 5pm.

Check Out: you will need to vacate your room by 10am.

There is a bag store at the hotel if you arrive early or have a late flight on your departure day, giving you the chance to maximise your ski time.

Guests arriving by train into Bourg St Maurice can take the funicular from the station to Les Arcs 1600 in just 7-minutes, and the hotel is a 5-minute walk away.
