Myrkdalen Hotel

At the Myrkdalen Hotel you really get the feeling of the surrounding wilderness and it is a great place to relax and unwind. After the lifts close its time to sit back next to the fire with a drink, enjoy the sunset and chat about your day.

Half board is included in your stay with Ski Weekends and there are three restaurants to choose from with different concepts. Breakfast and a 3-course dinner, based on local and seasonal ingredients, can be enjoyed at Restaurant Nuten. Guests can also try out wood fired pizzas at Tunet or enjoy the ultimate social dining experience at Nuten Fondue. The two bars and two kids playrooms make up the rest of the communal spaces in this family-friendly accommodation.

The Myrkdalen Hotel is located in the centre of the resort. The hotel is a 40 minute bus ride from Voss.

• Distance to ski hire shop: Sport 1 Myrkdalen is located opposite the hotel, at the foot of the slopes

All rooms come with a bathroom with shower/toilet, flat screen TV, desk, chair, and hair dryer.

Standard Double Room – Room with double or twin beds

Family Room – Double or twin with sofa bed and possibility of an extra bed.

Family Room Balcony - Double or twin with sofa bed, this room is slightly larger than the regular family room and has a balcony.

Junior Suite – Large double room, sofa bed, possibility of an extra bed, Nespresso machine, balcony.

One bedroom Suite – Suite with living area and sofa bed, possibility of an extra bed, Nespresso machine

Two bedroom Suite – Two bedrooms, bathroom with bath, possibility of an extra bed, Nespresso machine

Superior Room - Standard room with a twin beds. This room is slightly larger than standard double room.

You can arrive any day at the Myrkdalen Hotel with SkiWeekends, and there is a minimum 3 night stay, subject to seasonal variations.

Check In: available from 4pm.

Check Out: you will need to vacate your room by 11am.

If you would like to book a shared, return shuttle bus transfer from Bergen Airport with us, it will drop you right at the door of the hotel.

By Train - We feel that the best way to get to Myrkdalen is by train. The train from Bergen to Voss is convenient and cost effective with modern comfortable trains.

Upon arrival in Voss there is a free ski bus to Myrkdalen (limited service please ask our Ski Experts for times relating to your day/date of travel). This takes around 40 minutes and is timed to link into a few specific train arrivals and departures. From Voss, it is also possible to pre-book a taxi for the journey from Voss to the Myrkdalen Hotel.
