The Hotel Montpelier is a great option for groups of all sizes, whether embarking on a family ski trip or escaping on a romantic getaway. The hotel has extensive facilities and with a bar that's open late (every night), a pro ski shop to treat yourself and a naturally lit indoor swimming pool - there are enough features to keep you relaxed and entertained. Not to mention the fabulous breakfasts, which provide a cracking start to the day and will put you in good stead for a full day on the slopes.

The Montpelier Hotel is located just West of the centre of Verbier, but has a free ski resort bus stop (Centre Sportif) a 1 minute walk from the hotel.

• Distance to resort centre: You can reach the centre of Verbier in 2 mins by ski bus, or by an 8 - 10 minutes walk
• Distance to ski hire shop: SkiSet Mountain Air Place Centrale is located on Place Centrale (2 mins by ski bus)

The Hotel Montpelier offers 48 rooms giving you plenty of choice for your party size.

Accommodation rooms offer hairdryer, Wi-Fi, slippers, cable TV and free toiletries. There are 7 single rooms, perfect for small groups, 13 superior rooms with a king-size bed or two single beds and 8 Deluxe rooms which are bigger still and offer a balcony.

You can arrive any day at the Montpelier Hotel with SkiWeekends, and there is a minimum 3 night stay, subject to seasonal variations.

Check In: available from 3pm.

Check Out: you will need to vacate your room by 12pm.

There is a bag store at the hotel if you arrive early or have a late flight on your departure day, giving you the chance to maximise your ski time.

If you would like to book a Swiss return train transfer from Geneva Airport with us, it will take around 2.5 hours, and is a cost-effective way of getting to Verbier.

From Geneva Airport you head to Martigny where you change for the train to Le Chable. On arrival, take a short walk to the cable car which will bring you up to Verbier. Once you reach the resort, a free shuttle bus will take you to your hotel (4 mins bus ride).
