Thursday

• Arrival of all guests into Geneva Airport
• Transfer to Les Gets (approx. 1 hour)
• Check in to the chalet, meet other guests, and pick up your ski equipment from the hire shop
• Go skiing! Head to the lifts and get your ski legs in
• Grab a sandwich from the shop or have lunch on the mountain
• Enjoy a beer, wine or vin chaud for apres
• 3-course dinner

Friday

• Breakfast in the chalet
• Morning on the mountain

You will be hosted by InTheSnow Ski Equipment Editor Rob Stewart, co-presenter of the White Out Podcast

Rob has an incredible amount of ski experience. A former full-time instructor and coach, Rob has been involved in the ski industry for over 30 years and has written for InTheSnow, National Geographic and several other publications. He is considered to be the UK’s most viewed ski gear reviewer and his knowledge of the skiing industry is second to none. Rob has skied in more than 15 countries around the world but has particularly good knowledge of the Portes du Soleil region, having spent ski seasons there. He’s now the UK media ambassador for the resort of Les Gets and is highly experienced at running group trips to the area.

In Les Gets, the SkiWeekends chalet team will ensure you are fed and looked after throughout the duration of your stay.

Up to 4.5 days of skiing with an emphasis on fun, informal, social skiing with others that a share a passion for the mountains.

Explore the ski area of Les Gets, from the wide open slopes of Chavannes to the wilder spaces of Mont Chery. Experience the Portes du Soleil region that includes Avoriaz and Chatel.

Enjoy fun après ski at places such as the Folie Douce (Avoriaz) and L’Apreski (Les Gets).

Ski the whole Portes du Soleil ski area in a day.

Join in with talks and discussions led by Rob in the afternoons and evenings. Topics will include the likes of ski equipment and off-piste mountain safety.

If you want to share skiing experiences with others that love nothing more than skiing, with full days on the slopes and socialising afterwards whilst learning new things from some of the most experienced people in the industry, this trip is for you.

Friends – Solos - Couples

You might have read articles on InTheSnow or watched their YouTube Channel. You might be a solo skier looking for company or a group of friends that wants to join in with others. You're likely to be good enough to ski most of the mountain and want to experience it with people of the same ability level.

Yes and No! You can choose to book a shared or sole use room.

We'll then get back to you to confirm availability for the room type of your choice, and if you're happy with everything you'll then need to pay a £200pp deposit to confirm your booking.  Full balance is due 12 weeks before travel.  All Credit Card Payments accepted apart from amex.
